Return Policy
What is your return policy?
- You may request a return authorization up to 30 days from the date of your purchase. Please email us with your order details and return needs specified, Sales@VarsityTeamwear.com or Text us at: 847-903-1269
- Varsity Teamwear will reply to you with an RA number and address for you to send your Badger Teamwear (www.BadgerTeamwear.com) or Varsity Teamwear (www.VarsityTeamwear.com) items in for credit.
- Decorated garments, washed, discontinued or closeout items are not returnable.
- Returns must still be brand new and returned with any original bag the item was sent to you in.
- All returns (unless our error) are charged a 15% (off subtotal amount prior to any discounts) restocking fee.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping charge to send their returns in for credit.
- All returns require an RA number. Without an RA number, the return may be shipped back to you at your expense (charged to your card used in the original purchase). This includes orders "sent back to shipper".
- Requests to return garments after 30 days will be considered.
- Please be sure to keep your tracking number, and notify Varsity Teamwear of your shipment, Sales@VarsityTeamwear.com
- Please allow approximately 3 weeks for your credit to process once your shipment has been delivered to the address we supplied.
How long do I have to acknowledge shortages on shipments?
- You have 48 hours from the delivery date to acknowledge shortages. We will verify the weight of your shipment and each garment that was sent to you. If we find information on our end that indicates a short shipment, we will immediately ship out what is missing.

Any user ID and password you may have for this Website are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality of such information.

In these Terms And Conditions, “Your Content” shall mean any audio, video, text, images or other material you choose to display on this Website. With respect to Your Content, by displaying it, you grant Varsity Teamwear a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.
Your Content must be your own and must not be infringing on any third party’s rights. Varsity Teamwear reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time, and for any reason, without notice.
